Each Japanese word is composed of some characters, and each one having a vowel. If you write it using alphabets, each letter in a word consists of one or two alphabets, and one of it is a vowel, a or i or u or e or o. Do you know Roman letters? We are using it for writing Japanese by alphabets.

Hiragana,Katakana & Kanji
Do you know that there are three type of Japanese letters. One of it is Kanji, and other one is Hiragana, last one is Katakana. Kanji have meanig on own character. It's convenience, because we can show you a certain meanig only using one Kanji. Hiragana and Katakana have no meanig on its own character. They are like phonetic symbols.

Have you ever heard Japanese?
Now I show you the most useful Japanese word. It's ...

Domo.

If you had a chance to talk with a Japanese, saying domo is necessary and easy method to comunicate with him. It seems magic for you, I think.
But why ? ...
Domo have many meanings.
Hello!
Thank you.
I beg your pardon.
Bye bye!
However ... if you know the certain word just on the scene, you must better don't say domo. Because if you said domo many times, I'm afraid that it make your vague image to him.
Domo.
